Cancellation Policy
At Thai Blossom, we understand that unanticipated events can happen. To be fair to our therapists and other clients, and out of respect for our practitioners’ time, we ask that you review the following policy carefully: 24-hour advance notice is required for all individual appointment cancellations. This allows us the opportunity to offer the session to another client. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full treatment fee. At our discretion, this fee may be deducted from an outstanding balance or gift certificate, or must be paid in full prior to the next appointment. No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged the full session fee. Future services may be denied until payment is made. Out of respect for your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and arrive on time for your appointment.

Herbal compress bodywork blends traditional Thai massage with heated herbal compresses, a technique used in Thailand for hundreds of years.
Steamed herbs wrapped in cotton muslin release natural warmth and aroma, then are gently pressed along the body’s sen sip (energy lines). The warmth helps soften muscle tissue, while therapeutic pressure and stretching support circulation and release.
